Although it might be a bit late for sending a comment to your blog. I do have some comments on what you wrote.

First about real life items trading

There is no actual prosecution for trying to buy items but it is certainly not a wise thing to do. But you do risk getting your item deleted as a seller and the possibility of being banned as a buyer for having a lot of unbalanced trades. This all is explained in rule 12 (http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarticle.ws?article_id=2082) on runescape.

Furthermore autoers and toolkits

All auto-ers, if you refer to the auto clickers are illegal and people will be banned if Runescape finds out about them. There is a lot of ways Jagex has that can check up on this. Most autoclickers etc that are 'designed for Runescape' have a keylogger on them anyways. Third Party Software is used to see what toolkits are allowed (its all in rule 7, http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarticle.ws?article_id=2077). Maybe you should watch what you write though cause if Jagex found out you encourage people to cheat you could get banned (rule 9, http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarticle.ws?article_id=2079).

I hope you will sent in a next article in which you are properly informed about Runescape policies.
